Venue use and available services
RACP members, specialty societies and associated organisations can book our spaces to host member meetings and events. Our venues are designed to support professional gatherings and College-related activities. Please note that spaces are not available for private functions, such as birthdays or weddings.
Food and beverage
A College representative can provide tailored catering options to suit your event needs and budget, or connect you with one of our preferred suppliers. Tea, coffee and water service are available at all venues. Alcohol may also be served at events by prior arrangement.
Support
All of our event spaces are equipped for Zoom video conferencing. College representatives or Event Coordinators can assist with setting up online meetings, and our onsite Venue Coordinators will set up the space prior to your arrival. Venue Coordinators also manage catering and any additional requirements and are available during your event and to assist with troubleshooting and technical support.
Fees
There is no venue hire fee for eligible bookings. Members may use the spaces at no cost if no College support is required for event setup or catering. If support from College staff is required, an Event Service Support fee will apply. Please refer to the Event Brochure for further details.
