Provider handbook

The provider handbook provides practical guidance for organisations delivering CPD activities that seek recognition within the CPD program. It explains how to design, submit and maintain CPD activities in line with provider requirements.

Who this handbook is for

This handbook is for providers who:

  • design and deliver CPD activities, and
  • wish to have those activities recognised by the College

It supports both new and existing providers.


Using the handbook

This handbook is structured as a practical step-by-step reference.

Providers may:

  • read sections in order when getting started, or
  • navigate directly to specific topics as needed

The handbook provides guidance on:

  • becoming a CPD provider
  • designing CPD activities for recognition

What the handbook does not cover

The handbook does not:

  • restate provider requirements
  • explain policy obligations
  • describe quality assurance processes in detail
