Become an CPD provider

If your organisation would like to offer recognised CPD activities through the RACP CPD Program, the application process involves two stages. The first stage is an Expression of Interest (EOI). If your EOI is approved, you may then be invited to apply to have a specific CPD educational activity recognised

How the application process works

Stage 1. Expression of Interest (EOI)

If your organisation is interested in becoming an RACP CPD Provider, the first step is to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).

This helps us understand whether your organisation is a good fit to apply as an RACP CPD Provider. Before applying, please review the CPD Provider Handbook, complete the Provider Eligibility Criteria Checklist, and ensure all sections of the EOI form are completed.

Once ready, email your completed EOI form and Provider Eligibility Criteria Checklist to the RACP CPD team.

There is no fee to submit an EOI.

We usually review applications within 15 working days and will contact you by email with the outcome.

Stage 2. CPD Activity Recognition Application

If your EOI is approved, we’ll invite you to apply for recognition of a specific CPD educational activity or resource.

This stage is for approved providers only. Each application relates to one activity and is reviewed against the Minimum Activity Standards (MAS) and other relevant CPD Program requirements.

Your application will need to include the completed form, any supporting documentation, and payment of the applicable fee. Fee information is provided directly to approved providers invited to apply.

We generally review activity recognition applications within 15–20 working days. If your activity is recognised, it may be published in the CPD Recognised Activity Catalogue.

Fees

There is no fee to submit an Expression of Interest.

Fees apply only at the CPD Activity Recognition Application stage for approved providers. Information about applicable fees will be provided directly to providers invited to apply.
